brings the cold kiss of death
I don't fear being burnt in the flames
I fear surviving the blast
I fear the season of death
the cold that falls after
the final autumn has passed

as we live in a nuclear twilight
I sit, I watch and I wait
I fear the last breath of life
I feat the ending of time

The end draws near
the days start to shorten
the cold brings misery
